ROAR!!! BOOK OUT!
this book out sux man was confined due to 'gain of weight' (wrongly accused -_-)
oh well.... and i tot well... nvm jus extra execrise and tt will b gd for me
and guess wat!? i was confined for a 3.6km brisk walk WTF!!!? fucking waste my time
wth la wanna confine me and help me loss weight at least make it a 3.6km run la how much weight i can loss from a walk sia..... -_-
oh well..... training was slack as usual again~
got into drill squad for falcon alrit kinda of happy cos it was kinda like the gd old NPCC dayz hahaz everyday rifle drills train and train and train
and next target?

and tough ones somemore not like the slack trainings i going through now and watz more? itz gonna be something i enjoy
